Brian Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman has more than 20 years of experience in business, banking and Investment Services.  In his time away from clients, he works on carpentry and crafting unique furniture.  Brian has found that this hobby has helped him fine tune his philosophy of “vision and process” which he uses to guide clients towards their lifestyle goals.

“I often picture myself crafting an ornate, comfortable and strong rocking chair.  I see it as the chair a client will sit in on their very 1^st day of retirement. It might not seem so, but developing a process used to build something so strong, comfortable, and reliable, is similar to building towards the lifestyle and the quality retirement most us want.  Building both require experience, a clear vision, hard work and the proper tools.  But, most importantly, crafting and building anything needs a defined process.  Having a process allows us to put all the various pieces together in a proper order and with the correct timing. Without it, our finished product will lack the strength to last.”

When not focusing on his client's families, you can find Brian spending time with his wonderful family at their home in Mt. Arlington NJ or in his garage putting his carpentry skills to work.
